Job Description


NetLine Corporation is a company that is looking to hire a senior sales executive who can bring in new enterprise business and also grow the existing enterprise business in both the SaaS (Software as a Service) and Lead Generation fields. The ideal candidate will be someone who is dynamic, strategic, and results oriented. They are looking for someone who can aggressively pursue new business opportunities and expand their existing customer accounts through renewals and account expansion. The goal is to increase the company's revenue and growth by finding new enterprise customers and nurturing existing relationships. The focus is on selling our lead gen solutions that can meet the unique needs and demands of these enterprises, typically with a high level of complexity, customization and integration.

The successful candidate is primarily a “hunter” who has the ability to hit the ground running and has a passion for over-achieving sales targets while exceeding client expectations. The ideal candidate will bring their existing network of contacts at businesses matching our customer profiles.

  • Sell NetLine’s portfolio of B2B lead generation products and SaaS solutions to senior and C-level executives
  • Experience selling into Marketing departments and/or have experience in the marketing technology space a plus.
  • Understand how NetLine marketing technology can be applied and utilized by sales and marketing to identify and engage buyers and accounts.
  • Identify goals and needs/requirements of prospects and clients, including budgetary cycles/amounts
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale and secure renewal business.
  • Meet or exceed individual targets and contribute to the overall team success.
  • Manage and ensure a strong pipeline; make prospecting and networking a part of the regular routine to ensure that new prospects/opportunities are being added to the pipeline on a consistent basis.
  • Adhere to CRM (Salesforce), business systems and activity standards.
  • Capability presentation(s) both in person and via Microsoft Teams video conferences
  • Contract development and execution.
  • Work closely with internal team including the proposal and fulfillment client services, and finance to ensure customer success and outstanding customer experience, including post-close issues resolution.
  • Navigate large, complex enterprise accounts to identify multiple decision makers, buying committees and budgets to effectively grow the business

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales.
  • In depth knowledge of lead generation, marketing automation and intent data solutions.
  • Proven track record in selling integrated marketing solution to enterprise customers and achieving and/or exceeding individual sales targets.
  • Understand how NetLine’s marketing technology can be applied and utilized by sales and marketing to identify and engage buyers and accounts
  • Experience selling to Marketers and C-Level executives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, sales closing, and use of [please apply online] Be a strategic thinker/solution seller to meet the needs of each unique customer.
  • Must work independently without constant direction or supervision, be self-motivated and possess a strong work ethic to continually strive to put forth extra effort.
  • Comfortable strategizing with enterprise customers and prospects on how our lead generation and intent data solutions will positively impact their business and help them achieve their marketing goals.
  • Skilled at navigating enterprise organizations, developing leads and sales opportunities across departments at target companies including phone and email outreach and appointment setting.
  • Highly organized and able to effectively manage competing demands including multiple deals and deadlines
  • Ability to leverage industry knowledge, marketing trends and business contacts to effectively engage target prospects withing assigned accounts.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • The pay range for this position is $110,000 - $135,000 depending on experience, plus uncapped commission.
